Earnings across the first decade (P25 / median / P75)
College Scorecard institution medians at 1, 6 and 10 years after entry. The P25/P75 band is scaled from the 10-year percentile spread, not separately published at each horizon.
College Scorecard. Earnings are measured ten years after entry across students who received federal aid — completers and non-completers alike — not ten years after graduation.
Ten-year median earnings of $27,019 trail most four-year institutions. The quartile range runs $11,663 to $47,036, typical for an undergraduate institution. Adjusted for local cost of living, that median is worth closer to $25,036 — the surrounding area is expensive enough to erode part of the headline figure. Median debt among completers is only $12,000, which changes the arithmetic considerably. The debt-to-income ratio is 0.44, around the commonly cited healthy ceiling — manageable, with little margin.
