Ten-year median earnings of $35,733 trail most four-year institutions. The quartile range runs $18,925 to $56,327, typical for an undergraduate institution. Adjusted for local cost of living, that median is effectively $39,633 — the surrounding area is cheap enough that the salary stretches further than the raw figure suggests. Median debt among completers is only $8,450, which changes the arithmetic considerably. At 0.24, debt sits well inside the range graduates can service without strain.
