Earnings across the first decade (P25 / median / P75)
College Scorecard institution medians at 1, 6 and 10 years after entry. The P25/P75 band is scaled from the 10-year percentile spread, not separately published at each horizon.
College Scorecard. Earnings are measured ten years after entry across students who received federal aid — completers and non-completers alike — not ten years after graduation.
A decade after entry, the median student earns $31,432 — low enough that cost and debt deserve extra scrutiny. The quartile range runs $15,452 to $50,154, typical for an undergraduate institution. On a cost-of-living-adjusted basis the median is worth $35,633, a meaningful premium over the nominal number. Median debt among completers is only $11,000, which changes the arithmetic considerably. The debt-to-income ratio of 0.35 is comfortable — debt is a small fraction of what graduates earn.
