Earnings across the first decade (P25 / median / P75)
College Scorecard institution medians at 1, 6 and 10 years after entry. The P25/P75 band is scaled from the 10-year percentile spread, not separately published at each horizon.
College Scorecard. Earnings are measured ten years after entry across students who received federal aid — completers and non-completers alike — not ten years after graduation.
Median earnings reach $77,789 a decade after entry — strong in absolute terms and strong relative to peers. The spread is wide — $48,859 at the 25th percentile against $114,622 at the 75th — so the median hides very different outcomes depending on major and path. Adjusted for local cost of living, that median is worth closer to $72,080 — the surrounding area is expensive enough to erode part of the headline figure. Graduates who finish leave owing a median of $27,000, which is a lot to service. A debt-to-income ratio of 0.35 means borrowing here is proportionate to the payoff.
