Earnings across the first decade (P25 / median / P75)
College Scorecard institution medians at 1, 6 and 10 years after entry. The P25/P75 band is scaled from the 10-year percentile spread, not separately published at each horizon.
College Scorecard. Earnings are measured ten years after entry across students who received federal aid — completers and non-completers alike — not ten years after graduation.
Ten-year median earnings of $38,899 trail most four-year institutions. The middle half of the students measured earn between $20,195 and $52,257 ten years after entry — a normal spread, so the median is a fair expectation. Adjusted for local cost of living, that median is worth closer to $36,044 — the surrounding area is expensive enough to erode part of the headline figure. Debt at completion is low, a median of $8,309. A debt-to-income ratio of 0.21 means borrowing here is proportionate to the payoff.
